Team coaching and Action learning

Corporate Spirit coaches have had a lot of success in coaching teams engaged in culture change, lifting performance, team alignment and re-forming the team again after retrenchment or other restructuring change.

An analysis of interpersonal dynamic and team behaviours is carried out. Constructive behaviours identified are connected to individual and group performance indicators. In some situations, undertaking a group process that identifies the purpose and agreements the members of a team can align with, creates a solid foundation for a constructive team dynamic.

Action Learning groups can also be facilitated, which provides support for individuals in small groups to manage and direct their own ongoing development. This is especially effective in organisations that encourage a coaching culture.
