We design programmes in partnership with the client organisation
to ensure cultural fit, strategic and values alignment, desired
outcomes and coherence with existent training and development.
Corporate Spirit would then determine the most appropriate facilitator,
prepare and manage delivery of course materials and finalise cost,
resources and schedule, depending on functions and areas of responsibility
as agreed with the client.
When transformational work is involved our preference is for modules
to be held in a residential venue. The learning community develops
quickly, thus enhancing the learning and transformational potential,
through shared experience in a dedicated environment.
Depending on the material, our delivery is almost always done by
two facilitators. It is our experience that the deeper levels of
learning necessary for transformation require a more focused level
of attention than one facilitator can provide.
